My New Favorite Toy

I have been juicing for years, and now that I have a NutriBullet, I love making drinks with this no nonsense and no mess machine.  The NutriBullet is essentially a very powerful blender, liquifying  whatever you put in it, and leaving no waste.  It also grinds nuts to be used for baking and purees foods, like butternut squash when making soup or baby food.  Unlike the traditional juicer, with the NutriBullet you are also getting the nutritional value from fiber.

One of the reasons I love the Nutribullet is because there is very little clean up.   You just rinse out the cup and blade.  Cleaning up literally takes one minute!  Because the NutirBullet is so powerful, you can use frozen fruits and veggies to make your drinks - again making it very convenient to use.  I keep frozen kale, greens and fruits in my freezer and just pop them in the bullet!  I use fresth fruits too; grapefruis, melons and grapes are my favorite.  I even made strawberry sorbet in my NutirBullet!

The NutirBullet is a smart investment and one appliance I can't live without!  Stay tuned for some of my favorite recipes!

Challenge Yourself A Little More. Every Day.

Life is full of challenges!

I find that I can best conquer what the world throws at me when I am physically fit ... And so can you if you make time for exercise.  At first exercise will probably feel like a chore, but after you get accustomed to the routine, you will wonder why you did not do this earlier.  You will feel better and   think more clearly.

Remember every little bit counts - 15 minutes of exercise is better than none at all.  Try to be active throughout the day. For example, walk to and from work, take the stars instead of the elevator,  walk don't stand on escalators; and go for a walk after dinner.

Make an effort to physically challenge yourself every day - you will be doubly rewarded!
