I was privileged to lead the Cycle for Survival indoor cycling event this past Saturday at equinox. Cycle for Survival was created by Jennifer Goodman (who passed away this year) in order to raise money for rare cancers. Having recently lost my sister to a very rare condition, my emotions were elevated along with those in the room, who had also lost or knew someone fighting cancer. This event was a success and a blast! Hundreds of riders and supporters helped raised over 7 million dollars! I am so grateful to give my time and participation to such a wonderful charity!
