Post Thanksgiving Day Workouts


On Thanksgiving Day people tend to overeat. I hope most people were proactive this year and didn't over consume at the dinner table. Sometimes it is ok to indulge - every now and then. But if you must indulge make sure you workout. On the morning of thanksgiving day, before the festivities begin is the perfect time to get your workout in. Missed  your workout the last few days? Post Thanksgiving Workout for Beginners
1. Warmup: 20 min run or run 10 sets of stairs perferably 2-3 flights 

2. Play the Beginners Workout on Jade of Spades - No rest cards! 

3. Play the Core Series on Jade of Spades - Add rest cards

Short on time? Skip the core series or play with no rest.

Post Thanksgiving Workout for the Advanced
1. Do the beginners warm up or add jump rope for 5 rounds. - jump rope for 1 minute, rest 1 minute for a total of 5 rounds. 

2. Play the Total Body Series on Jade of Spades - No rest cards!

3. Play the Core Series on Jade of Spades - No rest cards! 

End with 3 sets of 10 push ups 

Short on time? Skip the core series or the push ups.
