Get fit and Have Fun While Burning Calories


This weekend we took a day trip to the Poconos for biking, hiking and white water rafting. At the end of our trip we had hiked, biked and paddled a total of 38 miles! It didn't even feel like a workout because we were having so much fun. In any event we each burned around 1,500 to 2,000 calories the entire day (depending on size and weight of the person).
