Fresh squeezed juice is a great way to boost your energy. I try to have one fresh squeezed juice every day. Today I had lettuce, cucumber, celery, red apple and ginger. It was a very refreshing drink and I know that my body will get a hefty shot of the vitamins and minerals that it needs.
